Reminds me of Medieval, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ faction in egypt just wouldn't give up, every 10 turn or something they would return with even larger Armies.
Anyway i would choose empire, maybe dictatorship if i could, i want enslave all free people to my will and enstablish a martial law, with big armies to repell rebellions.
